Coaching is provided during and between the workshops. During the workshops, the coach supplies information and answers questions, yet facilitating discussion — stimulating give and take between the owners — is the coach’s most valuable contribution. It’s the exchange of observations, opinions, advice, information and ideas among the owners that provide the liveliest and most enlightening experiences in the program.

The coach also helps you to stay focused, helps you understand where you are in the process and stay engaged with the right activities. This is done during and between the workshops. If you have questions, find yourself baffled, confused, or just plain stuck, the coach can assist you.

The coach wants you to be successful. If he can’t help you, he has a panel of experts to call on to work on your problem. Everyone’s goal is the same: to help you acquire a sustainable, affordable, marketing and sales business process that’s integrated into your daily business.
